Roasted Tomato Sauce
This is great as a topping with pasta or with pork or chicken.

- 1 qt
- cherry tomatoes (the more colorful the better)
- 1 medium
- onions, yellow, medium thinly sliced (more can be used)
- 4 clove
- garlic +/-
- olive oil drizzled
- oregano, fresh chopped
- basil, fresh chopped
1Wash tomatoes and slice in half. Place in the bottom of an oven safe pan. Add the onion slices and garlic, Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with Olive oil.
2Bake at 350 degrees until tomatoes are brown and bubbly, and the garlic is soft. Add Basil and Oregano bake for another 5 minutes.
