Ranch-Style Noodles with Ham

I found this on the back of a package of wide egg noodles I bought for Zelda's Amish Chicken Casserole. It sounded like something I'd be interested in and hope you might like to try also.

Ingredients

12 oz. package wide egg noodles
1/4 cup butter
16 oz. package frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
1 cup sour cream
1 cup ranch dressing

Directions Step-By-Step

Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.

Melt butter in large skillet, over medium-high heat. Add veggies and cook, stirring frequently, until veggies are tender, about 6-8 minutes.

Add ham and cook, stirring frequently, until ham cubes are hot, about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in sour cream and ranch dressing.

Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until sauce is melted, smooth and hot.

Pour hot noodles into a serving bowl.

Pour veggies and ham mixture over noodles. Toss to combine.
