Pasta with garlic sauce

- 1/2 lb
- fettuccine pasta,or spaghetti
- 1/3 c
- olive oil, good quality is best
- 1/8 tsp
- red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp
- 2-3 clove
- garlic minced
- parmigiano-reggiano, grated
1Cook Pasta, while pasta cooking in a small sauce pan add olive oil, butter, red pepper flakes and minced garlic.
2Cook on low to medium heat. Cook slowly until the garlic is a light golden color.
3Drain pasta, in a med bowl toss the pasta and the olive oil mixture untl pasta is well coated.
Sprinkle the parmigiano-reggiano on top.
