Noodle and Beef Skillet
green bell pepper, diced
splash of hot pepper sauce
1Cook the beef in a heavy skillet, adding a small amount of butter if necessary, until slightly browned, breaking it up with a fork as it cooks; set aside.
2Cook the onions and green pepper in 2 tablespoons of butter until soft.
3Add the mushrooms and saute' for 5 minutes, covered.
4Add the meat and cook for 5 minutes more.
5Add the bouillon and heat to boiling.
6Meanwhile mix the flour with the water into a smooth paste and add this to skillet when the contents are boiling.
7Stir in the seasonings and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8Add the noodles and heat.
