AGAIN LAST NIGHT I WAS SCROUNGING AROUND THE DEEP FREEZE TO FIND SOMETHING TO MAKE FOR DINNER. I HAD FROZEN MEATBALLS SO HERE YOU GO "MY WAY MEAT BALLS."

beef broth

olive oil, extra virgin

cream of celery soup

sour cream
1/2 c
milk

noodles

IN A FRYING PAN, COMBINE OLIVE OIL AND MEATBALLS. STIR FRY. ADD BROTH AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES. ADD SOUR CREAM, MILK, CREAM OF CELERY & PEPPER. SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES. COOK NOODLES ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. POUR MEATBALLS OVER NOODLES AND ENJOY!!
