Got this recipe year's ago from my sister-in-law's Mother, Irma. It's been a "fan" favorite by everyone who has tried it.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1
chopped green pepper
1
chopped onion
1
large can of tomatoes
1
can tomato soup
2
beef boullion cubes
oregano, garlic (1 clove), salt , pepper to taste
1
box mosticiolli noodles (with lines preferred)
1 lb
velveeta cheese

Step-By-Step

1Mix all of the ingredients, except noodles and cheese. In a large casserole dish, spread meat mixture onto bottom. Then layer noodles,cheese, meat,noodles, cheese.Ending with cheese.
2Bake 1 hour at 325.
