This is a Anderson side of the family everyday favorite dish,I grew up on this pasta dish and so will my kids. haven't met anyone who doesnt like it. Serve with a green salad and garlic bread. Enjoy

8 oz
mostaccioli noodles
1 lb
ground beef or turkey (drained)
1/3 c
chopped onions
1/4 c
sliced black olives
1/4 c
chopped green peppers
1 can(s)
10.5 oz can of meat pasta sauce
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
ground pepper
1 can(s)
4oz of sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c
shredded cheese of your choice


Step 1 Direction Photo

1Boil the noodles according to the package directions. drain and place in a 9x13 baking dish sprinkle with olive oil so noodles dont stick.

2Pre-heat oven to *350.

on the stove top, brown beef or turkey, drain off grease. return to pan. add onions,peppers,mushrooms and sauce. Stir and pour onto pasta.

3cover with tinfoil or lid and Bake for 45 min at *350 and for the last 5 mins remove from oven and sprinkle cheese of your choice, and return to oven for 5 min or til melted. Serve with garlic bread and salad, Enjoy.
