Mo is a camp cook in Canada. She gave me this recipe that is wonderful for leftovers.

Ingredients

2 c
egg noodles, cooked (left overs)
2 c
beef roast, cubed (left overs)
beef gravy or broth (left overs) as needed
2 c
mushrooms, sliced
1 c
chopped onions
1 Tbsp
butter
1 large
carrot, chopped
1/2 c
parsley (opt)
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
celery (optional)
top with panko or bread crumbs
or top with parmesan cheese or both

Step-By-Step

1Oven: 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients and put into a baking dish
Top with panko, bread crumbs or Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 1 hour or until bubbly.

2I have added leftover beef type soup. Beef bullion for moisture.
Opt: Left over mashed potatoes and grated cheddar cheese for topping.
