Mom's Ultimate Lasagna

- lasagna noodles
- 2 jar(s)
- marinara sauce
- large container of ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 lb
- ground beef
- a pinch of garlic powder
- a pinch of salt
- 2 pkg
- shredded mozzarella cheese (make sure they are the large size)
- 1 pkg
- shredded parmesan cheese (the small one is fine)
Fry the gound beef (make sure that it is finely chopped) with the garlic power and salt.
Add all but 1 cup of the marinara sauce to the pan and mix.
Pour the reserved marinara sauce in the bottome of the lasagna pan and spread evenly.
Spread the ricotta cheese on the "uncooked" lasagna noodles as you layer them in the pan.
Between each layer of noodles, add the meat mixture, some mozzarella cheese and some parmesan cheese.
You should be able to get 3 to 4 layers in the pan, depending on how deep the pan is.
Spread the remaining cheeses on the top layer and bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes.
