Ingredients

1 pkg
rigatoni pasta, cooked
1 can(s)
campbell's cream of mushroom soup
2 can(s)
mushrooms, pieces and stems, drained
2 c
mayonnaise (i use kraft with olive oil)
1 can(s)
mild rotel, drained
1 pkg
sharp cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil (I always add a little bit of oil when I'm cooking pasta). Add pasta and cook according to package. Drain.
2In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together, but save some cheese top sprinkle on top. You may want to add more mayo to make it extra creamy!
3Pour into large casserole dish and top with cheese.
4Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
