Ingredients For margherita pasta & pizza dough crisps

  • 6 oz
    penne pasta, uncooked
  • 1/4 c
    butter with olive oil & sea salt, room temperature
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 md
    tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    basil, fresh, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese balls, fresh, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, fresh, grated
  • pizza dough
  • garlic powder with parsley

How To Make margherita pasta & pizza dough crisps

    Roll out pizza dough & sprinkle with garlic powder with parsley. Bake according to package directions. Cut into triangles.

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; return to saucepan. Keep warm.

    Meanwhile, melt butter in 12" nonstick skillet over medium high heat until sizzling. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add tomatoes & basil; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through, 1 - 2 minutes. Add pasta & both cheeses, stir until combined. Serve immediately with dough crisps.
