Ingredients For margherita pasta & pizza dough crisps

6 ozpenne pasta, uncooked

1/4 cbutter with olive oil & sea salt, room temperature

3 clovegarlic, minced

2 mdtomatoes, coarsely chopped

1/4 cbasil, fresh, thinly sliced
-
1/2 cmozzarella cheese balls, fresh, sliced
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese, fresh, grated

pizza dough

garlic powder with parsley
How To Make margherita pasta & pizza dough crisps

1Roll out pizza dough & sprinkle with garlic powder with parsley. Bake according to package directions. Cut into triangles.

2Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; return to saucepan. Keep warm.

3Meanwhile, melt butter in 12" nonstick skillet over medium high heat until sizzling. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add tomatoes & basil; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through, 1 - 2 minutes. Add pasta & both cheeses, stir until combined. Serve immediately with dough crisps.
