Ingredients

4 c
cooked elbow macaroni
1/2 c
mayonaise
1/4 c
green bell pepper chopped
1/4 c
chopped pimento
1/2 tsp
salt
10- 1/2 oz
can cream of mushroom soup
1/4-1/2 c
onion chopped
1/2 c
milk
1 c
chedder cheese, grated (i use sharp)

Directions Step-By-Step

Blend soup with 1/2 cup milk, mayonaise,bell pepper,salt and pimento to macaroni, Heat and when hot add 1 cup grated cheese and onion. Don't over heat as will thicken. I like the onion fresh but you may want to saute it a little.
