Lobster Mac and Cheese

I have yet to make this but have a HUGE craving for it. I found a couple recipes and the onle listed is from Food.com. I soo look fwd to making this tonight along with some salmon ball,s crusty bread and a nice salad

Ingredients

8 oz
elbow macaroni, cooked
16 oz
heavy cream
8 oz
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz
cream cheese room temp
6 oz
grated parmesan cheese
4 oz
shredded gruyere cheese
1 lb
lobster meat chopped
12 c
breadcrumbs
2 minced
garlic cloves
1 minced
shallot
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 dash(es)
salt
1 dash(es)
pepper

Step-By-Step

1bring salted water to boil and add noodles. Cook 8 - 10 minutes (do not overcook).
2In a double boiler combine cheddar cheese, only 4 oz of parm cheese, cream cheese and the Gruyere cheese
3Gradually add cream, stirring until smooth.
4In large pan heat olive oil, add shallots and garlic. Saute. Add lobster and cook until opaque. Remove from heat.
5Drain pasta. Add to lobster mix, then add cheese sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.
6Place in casserole dish, sprinkle with remaining parm cheese and top with breadbrumbs. Bake 350 for 6 - 8 minutes until breadcrumbs are golden brown
