I was little nervous about trying this one because I'm not used to cooking with clams, but it turned out like a dream. Very tasty!

Ingredients

vegetable or canola oil
1 c
onion, chopped
6 clove
garlic, minced
1 c
fresh parsey
1 c
white wine or chicken or fish broth
3 can(s)
clams
2 tsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
dash(es)
ground red pepper or cayenne
3/4 lb
cooked linguine

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring for 1 minute. Add Parsley and wine or broth. Cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Add the next 5 ingredients. Stirring frequently, simmer for 5-10 minutes. Toss with linguine
