Ingredients

6
lasagna noodles
1 - 2 lb
ground beef
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
2 clove
garlic, crushed
1 - 15 oz
tomato sauce, italian seasoned
1 - 14.5 oz
tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
1 Tbsp
0regano
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
salt
16 oz
mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c
parmesean cheese

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Brown hamburger. Add garlic, tomato sauce, tomatoes, oregano, salt & Pepper. Simmer 15 - 20 minutes.

2Cook about six lasagna noodles. Add dash of salt to water. Boil approximately 20 minutes.

3Fill rectangular casserole dish with alternating layers of noodles, cheese and tomato meat sauce.

4Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
