Ingredients For kugel

1 - 12 oz pkgegg noodles, no-yolk variety
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1 - 8 oz pkgsour cream, fat-free
-
2 x lgeggs, slightly beaten
-
1/4 clight brown sugar, firmly packed
-
1 Tbspcinnamon, ground
-
1/2 tsporange zest
-
1/2 cpecans, chopped, toasted
- GARNISH:

cool whip free
How To Make kugel

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Toss hot noodles with butter.

3In large bowl, blend sour cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon & orange peel. Add noodles & pecans & toss well. Turn into greased 9" square baking pan. Cover & bake 35 minutes or until lightly golden.

4Serve with 2 tbsp (each serving) of cool whip free.
