Ingredients
- 1 - 12 oz packages egg noodles, no-yolk variety
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 - 8 oz packages sour cream, fat-free
- 2 x large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped, toasted
- GARNISH:
- cool whip free
How To Make kugel

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Toss hot noodles with butter.

Step 3In large bowl, blend sour cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon & orange peel. Add noodles & pecans & toss well. Turn into greased 9" square baking pan. Cover & bake 35 minutes or until lightly golden.

Step 4Serve with 2 tbsp (each serving) of cool whip free.
