Mac & Cheese

Katrina Freed

Recently a friend was asking on Facebook for a good macaroni and cheese recipe. I did not respond because so many others did. I mean it's just macaroni, cheese, some milk or cream and butter, right?

We make a LOT of mac and cheese at our house. Sometimes I just cook the macaroni, add Alfredo sauce and toss in whatever cheese we have on hand.

About a week after her request, my friend was begging for a no fail recipe. Well I just happen to have one. And this is it!
