i had some left over bacon that my husband cooked up for breakfast so i was going to make mac cheese and decided

4 oz
colby jack cheese
4 oz
sharp cheddar
1/2 lb
mozzerella cheese
1/2 lb
velvetta cheese
4 Tbsp
butter or margarine
5 slice
bacon, cooked until crisp
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c
milk, 2%
1 lb
box of pasta, cooked
1/2 c
bread crumbs


1put all ingredients ( except bacon and pasta) in large sauce pan. cutting the cheese into small as you add them. cook over medium high heat until cheese is melted.
2add pasta and bacon to cheese mixture. pour into large casserole dish that has been prepared with vegetable spray. sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over pasta.
3bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly. let stand for about 10 minutes.
