Italian Stuffed Shells

I made this for dinner one night, it was very good and no leftovers.

pinch tips: How to Use a Meat Thermometer


1 pkg
jumbo shells
1 lb
ground chuck
2/3 c
chopped onion
1 or 2 cloves of garlic chopped
2 clove
1 can(s)
stewed tomatoes
1 can(s)
tomato paste
1 Tbsp
beef bouilon cube
1 1/2 tsp
italian seasoning
1 can(s)
ricotta cheese
2 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c
chopped parsley

Directions Step-By-Step

Prepare shells according to pkg. directions.In large saucepan brown meat, drain. Add onion and garlic cook and stir until tender. Stir in water, tomatoes, tomato paste,boulion and italian seasoning. Cover and simmer 30 min. In med. bowl mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley and eggs. Stuff pasta with cheese mixture, arrange in a 13x9 pan, overlapping slightly. Pour sauce over pasta, top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake 50 min. or until hot and bubbly. Uncover and let stand 10 min. before serving.
