Ingredients

  • 2 packages italian sausage links or ground sausage, hot or mild
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 x large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 package spaghetti or angel hair pasta
  • 2 jars your favorite pasta sauce or homemade

How To Make italian sausage meatballs - that'sa spicy meatball

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, milk & onion; mix well.
  • Step 3
    Remove sausage casings (if using links). Add sausage to bread crumb mixture & mix well.
  • Step 4
    Shape into 40 meatballs. Arrange meatballs on a shallow baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
  • Step 5
    Serve with pasta sauce & past of choice. Sprinkle with more cheese, if desired.
