Ingredients
- 2 packages italian sausage links or ground sausage, hot or mild
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 x large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 package spaghetti or angel hair pasta
- 2 jars your favorite pasta sauce or homemade

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, milk & onion; mix well.

Step 3Remove sausage casings (if using links). Add sausage to bread crumb mixture & mix well.

Step 4Shape into 40 meatballs. Arrange meatballs on a shallow baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.

Step 5Serve with pasta sauce & past of choice. Sprinkle with more cheese, if desired.
