2 pkgitalian sausage links or ground sausage, hot or mild

8 clovegarlic, minced

2 x lgegg, lightly beaten

1/3 cbread crumbs, seasoned

1/2 cparmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated

1/2 cmilk
-
1 lgonion, finely chopped
-
1 pkgspaghetti or angel hair pasta

2 jaryour favorite pasta sauce or homemade

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a large bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, milk & onion; mix well.

3Remove sausage casings (if using links). Add sausage to bread crumb mixture & mix well.

4Shape into 40 meatballs. Arrange meatballs on a shallow baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.

5Serve with pasta sauce & past of choice. Sprinkle with more cheese, if desired.
