This pasta salad combines the flavors of a great antipasta for a fantastic main course pasta salad.

Ingredients

1 lb
cooked rigatoni
1 can(s)
red kidney beans, drained and rinced
2 medium
tomatoes, diced
8 oz
hard salami, diced
8 oz
mozzarella cheese, diced
6 oz
black olives, sliced
4 slice
prosciutto, cut into strips
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1/4 c
italian dressing
to taste
salt and pepper
1 tsp
oregano

Step-By-Step

1Place the cooked pasta in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, combine the beans, tomatoes, salami, cheese, olives, prosciutto, and artchikes.

2pour the dressing over the pasta, stir, and then fold in the anitpasta mix. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Chill until ready to serve.
