I have made this Goulash many, many times..it is delicious!

Ingredients

4 Tbsp
flour
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 1/2 lb
beef top round steak, cut into 1 - inch cubes
1 c
coarsely chopped onion
2 tsp
butter
2 tsp
canola oil
1 c
beef broth
2 Tbsp
tomato paste
2 clove
garlic, minced
2 tsp
paprika
1/4 tsp
dried marjoram
1/4 tsp
caraway seeds
1/4 tsp
lemon juice
hot cooked noodles

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add beef cubes and shake to coat.

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion in butter and oil until onion is tender. Stir in broth, tomato paste, garlic, paprika, marjoram, caraway seeds and lemon juice.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is very tender.

Serve over hot noodles.
