My Mom used to make this quick and easy skillet dinner many times. I have not made it in a while, and now it brings back memories of a humble delicious dinner ready in a matter of minutes. If you like Paprikash dishes, this one will surely please. I do not know where Mom got the recipe, but after making it again, remembered just how good it is. Some times, simple is just better. A real comfort food that is quick, easy and delectable. I like to serve this over noodles, or it even is great over rice. Super Simple and down home classic goodness.
