Kimmi's Notes:

Mmmmmmm! Yummy!

Directions

1
In a dutch oven, saute the ground beef over medium high heat until no pink remains. Break up the meat while sauteing. Spoon off any grease.
2
Add onions & garlic to the pot & saute until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
3
Add water along with tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, bay leaves, soy sauce & all seasonings. Stir well.
4
Place a lid on the pot & allow to cook for 15 - 20 minutes. Add macaroni, stir well. Return the lid to the pot & simmer for 30 minutes.
5
Turn off the heat, remove the bay leaves & allow the mixture to sit about 30 minutes more before serving. Top off with desired toppings.

Very close to my recipe, I do believe I like yours better. We have friends who are Hungarian Immigrants. Once a year they make a big Goulash dinner for us. According to them, no one makes Goulash the same way. They use chunks of beef and no noodles. I much prefer the ground beef method. CHEERS, CC

Yummy sounds good & you don't have to cook it! I love those kinds of meals....no work for once! It's funny, once the recipes come to America....they change slightly. But that's the only way I have ever had it.
