THIS IS A RECIPE I MAKE WHEN MY HUSBAND IS ON A NO CARB CRAZE...WHICH IS ONCE EVERY FEW MONTHS GRRRRRRRRR I LOVE MY PASTA....SO THIS IS MY SUBSTITUTE...FILLED THE BILL!

spaghetti squash
2 clove
garlic, large
1 tsp
salt, divided
1 tsp
blk pepper, divided
2 Tbsp
olive oil

ADD UR FAV SAUCE...I USED MY EGGPLANT GRAVY...DELICIOUS ;). BELOW IN COMMENTS IS MY EGGPLANT GRAVY RECIPE ;)

Directions Step-By-Step

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. CUT SPAGHETTI SQUASH IN HALF...LENGTHWISE. CLEAN OUT SEEDS N THEN BRUSH INSIDE WITH OLIVE OIL.

SRINKLE WITH SALT N PEPPER

PLACE A CLOVE OF GARLIC ON A BAKING PAN N COVER WITH EACH HALF OF SPAGHETTI SQUASH CUT SIDE DOWN. BAKE FOR 25-30...UNTIL A FORK CAN GO INTO SKIN EASILY. THEN ITS DONE :)

SMASH COOKD GARLIC INTO EACH HALF N START SCRAPING THE SQUASH WITH A FORK TO FORM STRANDS OF SPAGHETTI...MIX WITH UR FAV GRAVY/SAUCE N ENJOY :)
