Very versatile sauce. You can add some quick pickled cucumbers, bok choy or bean sprouts or anything you want to make this a full meal. Any protein will go good too.

Ingredients

GARLIC GINGER SCALLION SAUCE

1 1/4 c
thinly sliced scallions
1/4 c
fresh ginger minced
6 clove
garlic minced
2 Tbsp
grapeseed oil
1 tsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 tsp
rice vinegar
1 tsp
salt

RAMEN

2 pkg
ramen noodles or 2 cups fresh ramen noodles

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix ingredients for sauce together and let sit 30 minutes to let flavors marry.

Cook ramen noodles and drain. Add sauce to taste. Serve.

Sauce will keep in fridge for a couple of days
