|2 1/2 c||elbow macaroni, uncooked|
|2 c||leftover cooked turkey, chopped|
|1 - 12 oz. can(s)||evaporated milk|
|3 large||eggs, slightly beaten|
|2 Tbsp||dijon mustard|
|2 tsp||worcestershire sauce|
|2 c||shredded cheddar cheese|
|1/2 c||shredded swiss cheese|
|1/2 c||shredded mozzarella cheese|
|1/2 c||shredded parmesan cheese|
|2 Tbsp||butter, melted|
|1/4 tsp||garlic powder|
|1 c||bread crumbs|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse & drain.
Combine cooked pasta & turkey in large bowl. In separate bowl, combine milk, eggs, mustard, worcestershire sauce & pepper. Gradually stir cheeses into milk mixture. Stir milk mixture into pasta.
Spoon pasta mixture into well sprayed 3 qt casserole dish. Combine melted butter & garlic powder in a small bowl. Stir in bread crumbs until evenly coated. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over top of pasta.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until pasta mixture is heated through & cheese is melted.
