1small yellow squash diced

1small zucchini diced

1small green peper diced

1baby portebello mushrooms halved

3cloves of garlic minched

4on the vine tomatos diced

1 ctomato paste, no salt added

1 candiced tomatoes, no salt added

2 Tbspmrs. dash

3 pkgsplenda
-
2 Tbspitalian seasoning

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

3 ccheese of choice |(low fat)
- WHOLE WHEAT LASAGNA NOODLES
-
1well beaten egg
-
1/2 tspmrs dash
-
3 Tbspskim milk
-
1 cwhole wheat flour
How To Make for the love of my husband lasagna

1PREPARE PASTA In a pot add all vegatables, oil and seasonings and simmer for 30 minutes. layer the bottom of a 9 by 13 glass pyrex dish with noodle then add sauce and cheese repeat layers top lasagna with with remaining cheese and back in a pre heated oven of 350 for 50 minutes....

2( DIRECTION FOR WHOLE GRAIN PASTA ) Mix all the ingredients together to make a stiff dough. Roll very thin on a floured surface: let stand 20 minutes. Roll loosely: slice 1/4 inch wide : unroll : spread out and let dry 2 hours. (if disired, store in a container until needed) Drop into boiling soup or boiling, salted water and cook uncover about 10 minutes..
