a batch of whole wheat lasagna noodles (recipe follows)

small yellow squash diced

small zucchini diced

small green peper diced

baby portebello mushrooms halved

on the vine tomatos diced

tomato paste, no salt added

diced tomatoes, no salt added

olive oil, extra virgin

cheese of choice |(low fat)

WHOLE WHEAT LASAGNA NOODLES

well beaten egg
1/2 tsp
mrs dash
3 Tbsp
skim milk
1 c
whole wheat flour

Directions Step-By-Step

PREPARE PASTA
In a pot add all vegatables, oil and seasonings and simmer for 30 minutes.
layer the bottom of a 9 by 13 glass pyrex dish with noodle
then add sauce and cheese
repeat layers
top lasagna with with remaining cheese and back in a pre heated oven of 350 for 50 minutes....

Mix all the ingredients together to make a stiff dough. Roll very thin on a floured surface: let stand 20 minutes. Roll loosely: slice 1/4 inch wide : unroll : spread out and let dry 2 hours. (if disired, store in a container until needed) Drop into boiling soup or boiling, salted water and cook uncover about 10 minutes..
