fettuccini cooked
1 c
heavy cream or half and half
1 tsp
creole seasoning
7 oz
roasted red peppers
2
green onions chopped
1 tsp
red pepper flakes
1/2 lb
kilbasa or andouille sausage
parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1COOK SAUSAGE AND ONIONSTOGETHER FOR 5 MINUTES. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CHEESE AND NOODLES SIMMER TILL IT STARTS TO THICKEN. ADD 1/2C. CHEESE- POUR OVER NOODLES AND TOSS.
