Ingredients

ground beef
4 clove
garlic minced
1 pkg
taco seasoning
2 c
chicken broth
28 oz
can red enchilada sauce
8 oz
small shell pasta
2 c
shredded colby jack cheese
3
green onions chopped

Step-By-Step

1Place ground beef, garlic and taco seasoning in a large pot.Cook until beef is browned. Add the chicken stock and enchilada sauce.
2Bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until pasta is done. Sprinkle cheese on top and garnish with green onions.
