Easy Manicotti With Cheese
It is very easy to put together and you can also use low-fat ingredients if you want to cut back on calories, etc.
You have the option of serving it with a side saled as well.
- 3 1/2 c
- spaghetti sauce
- 1 c
- 8 oz
- manicotti shells, uncooked
- 2 c
- ricotta cheese
- 2 c
- mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c
- parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp
- chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
reduce heat and keep warm.
Mix together ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper.
Spoon mixture into uncooked Manicotti.
Pour 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13x9x2 cassarole dish.
Arrange filled Manicotti in a single layer over sauce.
Pour remaining sauce over Manicotti.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove foil; bake 10 minutes more.
