Ingredients

9 oz
cheese-filled tortellini, refrigerated
1 1/2 c
milk
2 Tbsp
parmesan romano blend, grated
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
1/4 tsp
italian seasoning
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
salt, optional
1 c
cooked ham, cubed
1 c
frozen peas, thawed
4 1/2 oz
mushrooms, canned, sliced and drained

Step-By-Step

1In large saucepan, cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package.
2Drain; rinse with hot water.
3Return to saucepan.
4Add remaining ingredients; blend well.
5Cook over medium heat until sauce is thickened and smooth, stirring constantly.
