This is a tasty, quick meal, using left over Chili..some call it Chili mac, whatever you want to call it, it is a delicious way of getting rid of the left over Chili..

Ingredients

about 4 cups of your favorite leftover chili
12 oz
macaroni, elbow
2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded, or your favorite

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350

Cook macaroni according to directions, drain
2Mix the macaroni with the left over chili,add 1 cup cheddar cheese, mix. Now, Pour into a 4 quart greased casserole dish, or 9x13 dish.

Bake for 40 min to an hour, depending on the dish you use, I used a deep casserole dish, so takes longer to cook through, and I like it bubbly and golden on top..
3If your chili is thick add about 1/2 cup of water, to loosen some, will mix with the macaroni easier..


I serve crusty bread, and a salad with this, add sour cream, chopped onion, chives, when serving..
