This is an old-fashioned "hotdish"; a real comfort food sort of thing. It's great served with a vegetable and corn meal muffins.

Cook:

1 Hr 30 Min

Ingredients

2 clove
garlic, chopped
1 c
chopped onion
1 1/2 lb
lean ground beef
3
celery ribs, chopped and cooked
1 can(s)
tomato paste (6 oz)
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1 can(s)
tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, light
2 Tbsp
chili powder
salt & pepper to taste
4 c
cooked macaroni

Directions Step-By-Step

1
In a dutch oven, brown hamburger with onion and garlic. Drain well.
