My family loves when I make this pasta dish it's one of their favorites and also a easy way to get them to eats some vegetables.

Ingredients

3
chicken breasts
1 bunch
asparagus
1 bunch
sliced mushrooms
1 box
bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
kosher salt
3/4 c
grape oil
2 Tbsp
butter
1 c
italian dressing
1 c
parmesan cheese
3 pkg
marscapone italian cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut up the chicken breast into cubes place in bag pour 1/2 cup Italian dressing over chicken to marinate for 45 minutes.

Boil bow tie noodles then drain. Take marinated chicken and cook in a pan with grape seed oil until cooked set cooked chicken aside. Cut asparagus into pieces cut off the ends. Sautee the asparagus and mushrooms in butter add seasons. Cook until asparagus & mushrooms are nice and tender. Take off heat.

Combine chicken, asparagus & mushrooms to the bow tie noodles in pasta bowl. Mix in marscapone cheese add Parmesan cheese on top.
