I have tried a lot of different sauces over the years but this is by far a family and friends favorite. I am always being asked to make this. I hope you all enjoy it as much as we have.

Ingredients

1 pkg
cream cheese, room temperature, cut into small pieces
1 stick
butter or margerine
1 pkg
frigo grated parmesan cheese (found in the refrigerator section)
2 clove
fresh garlic minced
1 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 lb
cooked fettuccine noodles
1
precooked rottisorie chicken
8 oz
heavy cream

Directions

Shred chicken and set aside.

In a heavy sauce pan melt stick of butter and saute garlic for one minute.

When butter is melted add cream cheese and stir continuously until melted

Using half of the heavy cream thin cream cheese mixture.

In batches stir in Parmesan cheese stirring continuously until all cheese is added and melted. Check the thickness of sauce { sauce should coat back of spoon } and if needed other half of heavy cream

Add in seasonings and stir well to mix.

Serve with hot pasta and shredded chicken

Just note will not a note this sauce reheats very well it won't separate like take out sauces do.
