- lean ground beef
- 28 oz
- crushed tomatoes
- 1 pkg
- chili seasoning
- 8 oz
- elbow macaroni, cooked
- 5 oz
- philadelphia cooking creme, santa fe blend
- 1 c
- cheddar cheese, shredded
1Cook macaroni noodles until done but still firm. Drain well.
2In a large skillet cook the ground beef and drain well.
3Add crushed tomatoes and chili seasoning to ground beef. Stir well.
4Add the cream cheese to the ground beef and tomatoes.
5Stir together the sauce and noodles.
6Put mixture into an 8 x 8 casserole that was sprayed with Pam.
7Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top.
8Bake in 375 oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is browned.
