Ingredients

2 bunch
chinese cabbage or bok choy, sliced
1 large
carrot, shredded
1 large
pepperoni, cut into small pieces
2 c
sour cream
1 c
monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
6 dash(es)
lime juice
pinch
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Heat the oil in a frying pan, it should be steaming. Add the Pak Choy, carrot, pepperoni, salt and pepper. Flash fry for about 3 mins. Remove from heat and add the sour cream, lime juice and cheese. Serve on a bed of pasta.
