Ingredients

1 lb
macaroni, cooked
12 oz
velvetta cheese, cubed
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c
milk
salt & pepper to taste
1 pkg
beef smoked sausage, cut into slices
1 tsp
red pepper flakes
1 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 stick
butter, melted
1/2 c
panko bread crumbs

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large pot of salted water, cook macaroni.
Rinse & drain toss with melted butter, place in a large casserole dish.

Place all cheeses in a sauce pot, add milk and all seasonings. Cook on low - med heat until cheese melted, stirring often.

Pour melted cheese sauce over macaroni and add sliced smoked sausage.
Mix together

Top with panko bread crumbs & place a few pats of butter over top if you like.
Bake @350 degrees for about 45 minutes until bubbly.
