Ingredients For 20 minute spicy thai noodle bowls

1 lbspaghetti

1/4 cvegetable or canola oil

1 1/2 tspsesame oil

5 Tbspsoy sauce

2 tsprice vinegar
-
1/2 tspsriracha or more to taste

1/4 cpeanut butter
-
2 Tbsphoney
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1green onion, minced
-
1/2red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1carrot, julienned
-
1/2 ccilantro, chopped
-
1/2 cdry roasted peanuts, chopped and whole

1/4 tspcrushed red pepper flakes or to taste

2 Tbspsesame seeds
How To Make 20 minute spicy thai noodle bowls

1Bring a large pot water to boil. Add spaghetti and cook till al dente or to the degree you like best.

2Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Sriracha, peanut butter, honey, minced garlic and minced green onion. Whisk vigorously until smooth.

3Drain the noodles and return to the same large pot. Add the sauce, red bell pepper, carrot, cilantro, peanuts, crushed red pepper flakes and sesame seeds. Toss until combined, serve and garnish as desired.
