Venison Burger Burgers

Venison Burger Burger came about when my husband brought home some venison that a friend gave him. It was very lean so I ground it up with some beef and made Venison Burger Burgers. Every one in our house loved them. Hope you will too.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 lb
ground venison
1
large onion pureed
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1To puree your onion in your food processor. Just cut it into about 8 pieces and pulse it untill pureed.

2If your beef or venison aren't already ground you can do it in your food processor. Simply cut the meat into small chunks and pulse a small amount at a time.

3mix the ground beef and ground venison together with the pureed onion and add salt and pepper to taste.

4Shape your Venison Burger into 8 patties and grill as you would any burgers. Enjoy!
