This is a quick and easy recipe..my Family loved this and now my Granddaughter does as well.

Ingredients For tater-bake

  • 2 lbs
    ground beef or ground turkey
  • 2 can
    your favorite cream of soup,,,i use cream of celery
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 can
    corn
  • 1 pkg
    tater tots
  • 8 slice
    american or swiss cheese

How To Make tater-bake

  • 1
    Ground and cook beef or turkey in skillet until done..drain oil in same skillet, add milk, soup and drained corn..salt and pepper to taste, if desired. mix all ingredients. spread skillet contents into a 9 x 13 pan spread tater-tots evenly over mixture and place into a 375 degree oven for approx 30 minutes or when tater-tots are thoroughly cooked. about 3 minutes before serving, place cheese slices evenly over tater-tots..once melted, the dish is ready to serve! ENJOY!!
