My Mother-In-law recipes are so good love that I'm can put them up to share,

Ingredients

2
heads cabbage
2 to 3 lb
ground beef
1 large
onion(chopped fine)
1 stick
butter or margarine
2 large
eggs
1/2 c
flour
6 slice
white bread
salt and pepper
water

Step-By-Step

1peal cabbage off the head,cook cabbage in big pot of water til somewhat soft.In bowl add bread and water until soft, drain and squeeze water out of bread.
2In mixing bowl add meat,chopped onions,eggs,bread.mix all together.mix good.set a side, take cabbage out of water,take one leaf at a time and stuff with meat mixture,small amount,(cause you have to roll them)roll cabbage around it.cut hardcore of cabbage.
3In pot melt butter and add about 1/2 cup flour and stir,add remaining flour, get brown ,keep stirring,when brown add water,mix thoroughly.
4Put rolled up cabbage in roasting pan and pour in brown gravy mixture on top.over and cover ,at 350 for about 1 1/2 hours
