large green peppers
1 lb
sausage
1 c
white rice
1 can(s)
tomato sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage and rice, when cooked mix together. Cut the tops off the green peppers and clean ALL seeds out. Place in a lightly greased baking dish. Take your mixture and stuff peppers to very top back for 1 hour or till pepper is nice and tender.
