| 2 c | shredded mozzarella cheese |

I love creating my own dishes and this one popped into my head after eating creamed spinach. My husband loves this pizza and he normally doesn't like "unusual" pizza.
I love creating my own dishes and this one popped into my head after eating creamed spinach. My husband loves this pizza and he normally doesn't like "unusual" pizza.
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Brush olive oil on pizza crust. Microwave frozen creamed spinach about 4 minutes and spread on top of pizza crust. Microwave frozen shrimp scampi around 6 minutes and place shrimp on top of creamed spinach. Drizzle 1-2 TBSP garlic butter from scampi on top. If you want to add any veggies you can do that now. Top with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with parm cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes in 425 oven.
