SPAM Roast

Kate Taylor

This is the very first recipe I made after I was married. I crack up every time I think about it. It was such a big deal for me being a young bride, and having to be economical as well as wanting to please my husband 38 years ago. Today, he still eats his SPAM, but he's more apt to cook it himself.. lol.
I remember serving this with baked potatoes and fresh green beans. lol.. still chuckling!
