SMOKED SAUSAGE & CHEESY CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE

My family aren't great vegie eaters so I cover them w/cheese and sausage to get the job done!

I usually add the sausages to the cauliflower w/a little onion then cover w/cheese sauce before baking. My larger casserole dish was already in use this time so I separated them.

When you pre-cook or thaw the cauliflower, keep your family's preferences in mind. Mine cannot stand a mushy vegetable unless it is potatoes..and then anything goes.lol The point is, I don't pre-cook mine because my husband likes his cauliflower "al dente"...with a little crunch.
