Ingredients

1 lb
large shrimps (peeled and devained)
1 medium
red bell pepper
1 medium
italian green pepper
1 medium
onion
3 clove
garlic
1 Tbsp
olive oil
pinch
kosher salt
pinch
freshly ground black pepper
1 bunch
fresh parsley ( not the whole bunch)

ALL THIS INGREDIENTS MUST BE USED FRESH FOR GOOD FLAVOR

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut up in pieces the onion, garlic and peppers. On an already hot skillet, pour the oil then add the cut up ingredients, cook for a minute and then add the shrimps proceeding with the rest of the ingredients. Dish is cooked when shrimps look pink. Serve with white rice, over pasta or with a green salad. Bon appetite!
