Ingredients

4 small
servings of shrimp scampi
1 pkg
cooked aldenti vegetable linquini
2 Tbsp
evoo
1 c
sour cream
2 c
cream
2 Tbsp
flour to thicken cream
1 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1 clove
garlic
1 tsp
white pepper
1/2 pkg
frozen artichoke hearts
1 stick
celery and carrot

Step-By-Step

1Prep food processed carrots and celery Hand mince garlic clove. Defrost Artichoke hearts.

2Mix flour in cold water to paste, mix into cream in a small sauce pan on low heat until thickened. Add mayonnaise, sour cream and gently stir consistently.

3Cook linguini slightly firm/aldenti, drain and put aside tossed in EVOO, while making cream sauce.

4Add minced garlic,carrot,celery, optional/artichoke hearts.

5Heat prepared or store bought shrimp scampi and place on top of individual plates of linguini, pour equal amounts of white sauce over each serving. Garnish with Paprika. Serve hot.
